Classic infused fish Ingredients: 1. Trout dredged in seasoned flour 4 fillets 2. Jumbo Shrimp 16 3. Olive Salad 2Tbls 4. Niciose Olives 2Tbls 5. Garlic 4 cloves 6. Olive oil ¼ cup 7. Capers 1Tbls 8. Lemon (Juice, fresh) 2t 9.Balsamic 1T 10. Seasoning blend To taste 11.Fresh herbs Garnish Mise en place/cook: 1. Season fish and shrimp sauté in oil 2. Cook fish and shrimp remove from pan 3. Add olives, garlic, caper, lemon juice and vinegar 4. Cook in pan let reduce until nice sauce forms 5. Place fish on plate coat with sauce and garnish
